Welcome to Super Team.

We're glad you've shown interest in Super Team. We're an organization of high school students with exceptional skill in academics and other important life skills. Exclusively student-run and financially sponsor-based, we're one of the most progressive organizations in the realm of high school. By utilizing our unique talents, Super Team promotes rigorous academic standards and takes part in wide range of volunteer activities. Latest News

New President, Inductions, and Volunteer Work
Super Team Lead Council has unanimously elected Matthew Volz as the new President. I am stepping down to Lead Council Member; we hope this change will bring Super Team to even higher levels.

As we continue to expand, qualified new members are being added at a consistent rate. Today, we are proud to announce the addition of Nick Sparkman into Super Team. Voted in with a unanimous Lead Council vote, Nick has various accolades that include a 33 freshman year ACT score, numerous Mu Alpha Theta Nationals awards, and leadership positions in both academic team and math team.

Continuing our work for the community, Super Team members Matthew Volz and Shane Mulqueen volunteered by helping lay mulch at the Greengate School for Dyslexic Children in downtown Huntsville.

Volunteer Work and Additional Inductions
Super Team has stayed very active in the past few weeks.

On Monday, we went to the Manna House (http://bit.ly/9Ky6WF) and volunteered by serving food to the needy. Participants included Robert Sanek, Chase Harrison, Sid Nanda, and Shane Mulqueen. We're hoping we can continue to come here in the future.

Today, we're proud to announce another new addition to Super Team, Ashley Hill. She was accepted into the team with a unanimous Lead Council vote. We hope that Ashley will provide more organization and gender balance to the team.

We also plan to attend the Fall 2010 Department of Mathematics High School Mathematics Competition at the University of Alabama (http://math.ua.edu/MathTournament.php). We will keep you posted as we receive more information.
